Looking to hire a productive Administrative Assistant with good phone etiquette.
This person should be proactive and organized. Accuracy in all data entry is essential.
Qualifications:
One years of experience minimum
Bilingual / Spanish is a plus
Knowledge in Word and Excel is necessary, QB is a plus
This is a part time position from November - March
Schedule is Monday - Friday Hours will be determined upon interview
Salary: $18 - $20 / hours depending on experience
Responsibilities not limited to:
Receptionist / Administrative
Answer all incoming phone calls and forward messages to the appropriate personnel.
Scan and copy documents for distribution
Weekly FedEx delivery
File all documents
Enter new job information into spreadsheet and create job folders for Managers
Data Entry
Enter data for new hires
Enter data for all purchase orders
Enter data for company expenses
Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
Enter all incoming payments and make copies for distribution
Mail out payments
Miscellaneous
Assist Project Managers and office staff with any issues that may arise.
Communicate with customers and employees if necessary
