A local South Orange County general contracting company is seeking a friendly receptionist to join their growing team.

This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity, with pay starting at $20-$25/hour. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (with some flexibility).

Receptionist Responsibilities:

Greet and direct guests in a friendly manner upon entering the facility.

Answer phones and route messages.

Open and distribute mail.

Handle shipping overnight express mail.

Preparing correspondence and documents

Coordinating office communications

Generate and distribute Weekly Company Meeting Minutes

Ensure Field Staff New Hires receive required equipment i.e hard hats, safety vests, apparel, phones, laptops etc.

Ordering business cards and marketing materials

Maintain and update existing company contact list.

Coordinateemployee branded apparel.

Filing and other Clerical Support as needed.

Prepping office for corporate meetings.

Maintaining a clean and orderly environment around the office

Assist with trade show coordination.

Assist with coordination of holiday event.

Coordinate with IT & mobile carrier to set up new hire emails and phones.

Generating Monthly “Subs-Onsite” reports

Assist with office supply inventory and ordering supplies under the direction of the controller.

Receptionist Qualifications:

1-2 years office administrative support experience.Construction office experience a plus.

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams and Dropbox, Adobe, PDF, Procore experience a plus.

Excellent communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and electronically.

Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and efficiency in performing work assignments.

Exhibit time management, organizational and multi-task skills in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Display flexibility in changing situations and successfully meet deadlines.

Can maintain a high level of confidentiality.
