Position Summary
- Manage day to day operations for our repair team.
- Assist in bidding HOA community re-roof projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Translate feedback received from repair techs in the field into customer estimates
- Complete re-roof and other construction estimates using simple internal quoting software
- Manage relationships with property managers, building owners, and contractors
- Invoice customers and lenders and follow-up on past due balances
- Complete other necessary administrative tasks to manage projects

Skills & Traits
- Great communicator with customers and property managers
- High "figure it out" factor
- Able to handle stressful customer situations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
Pay and Benefits
- Hourly position at $20 - $25 per hour plus bonus, depending on experience
- Overtime pay
- Performance Bonus pay based on estimates completed
- Paid weekly
- 8 paid holidays

- Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Experience: 2-3 years office experience required
