We’re a small, friendly marketing company in Tustin looking for a part-time Office Assistant to help with day-to-day tasks. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and great with people, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Duties:
- Answer phones and assist callers
- Create and send invoices
- Follow up on unpaid accounts
- Process payments
- Proofread ads for typos and errors
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone
- Spanish-speaking is a plus!
- Must be able to commit to at least 2 years
