We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team Monday - Friday from 12pm - 5pm. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of office tasks; this is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
Taking phone orders and tracking shipments
Filing and organizing documents
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with the collection of past-due accounts
Performing various other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Prior office or administrative experience is a plus but not required
