We are a 2 person financial and insurance planning firm in need of a customer service/ office assistant that can help us with the duties listed below. We are seeking some one for the LONG TERM, at least one year. We have two locations you can work at, either in Westminster or Newport Beach/Costa Mesa.
We work hard and expect the same of you.
Key Duties:
-Answering phones, greeting clients
-Administrative support for two Financial Services Professionals
-Maintaining files, preparing correspondence, and documents
- Maintain the appearance of the office (keep lobby and own work area clean and neat)
-General paperwork duties
-Filing
-Follow up on files
-Customer Service for our existing clients
Key Skills:
RELIABLE, HARDWORKING - showing up to work on time, be at work as scheduled
BILINGUAL IN VIETNAMESE and ENGLISH
Common Sense, in other words, can think logically
