Job Title: Office Assistant (Bookkeeping, Social Media & Customer Support)

Location: Laguna Beach, CA

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Pay: Starting at minimum wage for entry-level; $20/hour for experienced candidates. Additional compensation available for candidates with WordPress/blogging experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in beautiful Laguna Beach. No experience is needed to start, as training will be provided. This role includes basic bookkeeping, managing social media posts, answering phones, and assisting with customer inquiries.

Our company uses cutting-edge AI technology to assist agents in answering customer questions across voice, chat, SMS, and social media channels, making your job easier and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, including data entry and maintaining financial records.

Reconcile accounts and assist with basic financial record-keeping.

Create and post content for the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Answer phones and assist customers with questions or concerns using AI-powered tools.

Engage with customers via chat, SMS, and social media, supported by AI agent assist technology.

Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries or comments.

Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

MUST KNOW EXCEL

QuickBooks would be a plus

No experience required; training provided.

Experience editing video content and posting on YouTube is a plus.

Experience using Meta (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus.

Familiarity with TikTok and X (formerly Twitter) is a plus, but not required.

WordPress and blogging experience is a plus and will increase the wage offered.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to learn and use AI-powered tools for customer support.
