We are a property management company in Newport Beach, specializing in executive suites/ share office space. We are looking for a PART TIME front desk team member.
Responsibilities Included but not limited to:
- Answering in-coming calls in a multi-line phone system
- Greeting tenants and guest
- Sorting mail/ packages
- Make coffee/ order and stock office supplies
- Manages front office area
- Assist Manager in showing office space as needed
- Hours are M-F, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Must have:
- Positive attitude
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be a self-starter and team player
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adjust to changes
Office experience is not required. We can train the right person willing to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to leave the retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry to get into the office setting. Also a great position for a student taking night or online classes.
Compensation: $19 per hour, paid holidays
