We work very friendly hours in a four-day work week. (10am-6pm, Monday-Thursday)

Primary Responsibilities:
-Call and discuss services with upscale Clientele
-Set appointments for the owner – no cold-calling
-Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
-Handle sensitive and confidential Client information with discretion
-Assist other departments as needed
-Excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
-Ability to multi-task
-Word processing and knowledge of spreadsheets is a plus
-Ability to learn new proprietary software on a PC or iMac.
Position Requirements:
-Office hours are 10am-6pm.
-Experience in Sales is required.
