Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Irvine, CA
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in property management and must be proficient in driving with a valid driver’s license. Fluency in người Việt is a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks and oversee property management activities.
Coordinate property maintenance, schedule repairs, and communicate with contractors.
Manage calendars, appointments, and provide support in client communications.
Perform driving duties as needed and assist with người Việt speaking clients when required.
Requirements:
Experience in property management.
Strong organizational skills and excellent time management.
Effective communication skills in English; Viet proficiency is highly desirable.
Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
Preferably residing in or near Irvine, CA.
