Financial Analyst ($75K - $85K per year) - Cypress

- Does accounts payable and supervise an Accounts Payable Specialist

- Financial forecasting and reports

- Cost control analysis

- Knowledgeable in ERP systems and financial planning tools

Recruiter ($25 - $30 per hour) - Anaheim

- Perform high volume screening, recruiting, and onboarding

- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports

- Knowledgeable in labor laws and regulation

- 2+ years of experience in high volume recruiting

Ophthalmology Front Desk Receptionist ($18 - $24 per hour) - Los Alamitos

- Handle phone calls and greet clients

- Manage appointments for office and clients

- Data entry

- 1+ year of front desk experience; Prior optometry experience preferred

- Must be experience with insurance authorization process

Dental Receptionist ($18 - $24 per hour) - Garden Grove, Anaheim, Los Alamitos

- Handle phone calls and greet patients

- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing

- Process insurance authorization and billing

- 1+ year experience as dental receptionist

- Dental students who completed program is acceptable

- Must be experience with insurance authorization process and billing process

Resource Coordinator ($21+ per hour DOE) - Anaheim

- Knowledgeable in labor laws and regulation

- Deploy training and prevention training

- Assist QC with any field issues

- Implement corrective actions

- 1+ year of experience in training others and performing prevention training and corrective actions

HR Administrative Assistant ($20 - $22 per hour) - Anaheim

- Knowledgeable in labor laws and regulation

- Track, record, and file HR communication logs

- Assist with managing inventory, training, and benefits

- Other HR administrative tasks

- 1+ year of experience in HR department

Office Administrator ($18 - $20 per hour)

- Data entry and file documents

- Process orders and perform other general office tasks

- Knowledgeable in in Excel, Outlook, etc.

- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
