Growing repipe company is seeking a CSR / administrative assistant. The customer service representative (CSR) / administrative assistant is responsible for creating a welcoming phone atmosphere for all A-1 Copper Repipes' customers and for ensuring our customers receive professional and exceptional customer service. The CSR is to communicate effectively with the sales manager, as needed. The CSR will act as a liaison between our customers and management. The role requires confidence in troubleshooting and investigating if there is not enough information to resolve customer issues. It is key that the CSR / administrative assistant act for the department in accordance with broad guidelines and good judgment. This position has tremendous room for growth as it is first in a newly developed plumbing department. The ideal candidate must be open to learning basic knowledge of the plumbing trade. Candidate must have the ability to write and produce clear and concise memoranda, letters, and any other written communication. The CSR / administrative assistant is to develop and maintain effective working relationships with A-1 Copper Repipes personnel and communicate consistently. Also expected is the capacity to meet multiple deadlines, ability to research and analyze data, situations, and to make recommendations. The skill to interpret and communicate company standards and procedures, solve problems, and be detail oriented is required.

Process documentation associated with office operations: records, types, and / or distributes documentation, enter data into computer systems; logs, tracks, and maintains records.

The listed functions may be required to perform additional or different functions from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish procedures to run office operations efficiently; keep the office clean and organized

Provide administrative and clerical support

Assist and coordinate scheduling

Facilitate tasks for the sales manager

Handle cash, check, and card transactions

Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Assist customers with all post job inquiries

Build a positive rapport with customers and colleagues

Enter information into database as needed

Respond to Yelp inquiries and reviews in a timely manner

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree a plus

Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in an office / administrative setting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Friendly and upbeat personality

Ability to handle multiple tasks

Problem solving skills

Able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Strong team player

Highly motivated

Ability to work with staff or independently

Knowledgeable of business telephone etiquette

Capacity to remain calm and courteous in stressful situations

Willingness to learn information

Experience in marketing is a major plus!
