In this role, you will be providing daily assistance to our Administrative Team and the staff of various departments as needed.
Job Requirements
Prior Administrative, Office, Customer Service experience a PLUS
Courteous and friendly phone experience a MUST
Highly detailed oriented and organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must work well independently as well as in a team setting
Excellent computer skills.
Must be able to multi-task and have a good sense of urgency
Job Responsibilities
Assist Administrators in day to day job functions
Invoice creation and follow up
Out bound phone calls to customers
Respond appropriately to all customer inquiries and calls
Perform other duties as necessary.
