Large scale commercial landscape company looking to hire an estimator. This role is in a fast paced and exciting office environment and lends itself well to communicative, organized and punctual individuals looking to either hone their existing skill set or establish a new career with a long-term industry leading company. Applicant must be self-motivated, team player, experienced in Word, Excel, Adobe, and know how to read/understand blueprints. Bluebeam experience is a plus.
Position duties include:
Take-offs for material using Bluebeam
Data entry using Microsoft Excel with formulas
Contact suppliers and vendors for pricing and material information
Communicate and coordinate with clients
Assist in material procurement
Participate in various preconstruction duties
