POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Office Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations and supporting our mission of delivering top-quality care to our patients.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Manage the daily patient visit schedule, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and accommodating urgent appointments as needed.

-Answer all phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

-Handle patient payments, insurance verification, and billing processes accurately and efficiently.

-Maintain organized and up-to-date patient files, tracking visits, billing, and other relevant information.

-Keep the office clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies to support our daily operations.

-Greet and room patients with kindness and professionalism, providing support and assistance as needed.

-Assist in setting up patients on therapy modalities, demonstrating care and competence.

REQUIREMENTS:

-High school diploma or equivalent.

-Excellent time management and organizational skills.

-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Proficiency in software packages such as Google Drive, Microsoft Suite, and online patient scheduling platforms.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

-Integrity, patience, and a calm demeanor.

-Quick recall of information, multitasking ability, and reliability.

-Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique challenges of treating athletes in extreme sports.

-Ability to learn independently.
