Job Description

CHECKSET Review is seeking an organized and proactive team member to help grow our client relationships and drive new business opportunities. This role involves a mix of client outreach, research, and administrative support. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, thinks strategically, and works well with others. You’ll play a key role in client satisfaction, team coordination, and CHECKSET’s nationwide growth.

Responsibilities

Business Growth: Conduct nationwide market research to identify new project opportunities, collect key metrics, and issue targeted email campaigns.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention by managing proposals, invoicing, and project updates.

Virtual Presentations: Participate in prospective client presentations with the goal of independently scheduling and presenting to prospective clients within first 6 months.

Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, including sales targets and KPIs, to ensure consistent progress toward goals.

Capacity Balancing: Collaborate with operations teams to monitor team capacity and balance proposal schedules based on team workloads.

Required Qualifications

-Must thrive with speaking and connecting with people. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


-Must be comfortable with cold calls to prospective clients.


-Reliably perform administrative tasks including client proposal development and creation and issuance of client invoices.


-Ability to close deals, and form strategic partnerships, and the ability to confidently say “no” when necessarily.

-Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


-In-depth knowledge of market trends and the ability to identify prospective projects and growth opportunities.


-Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes.


-Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university


-Demonstrated proactive approach and self-motivation in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.


-Must be qualified to work in the US
