Hot Shoppe Designs, a leader in Action Sports Apparel Manufacturing, is looking for someone to provide administrative duties as well as customer service in our front office.
Light phones.
Respond to customer emails and phone calls.
Send and follow up on quotes to customers.
Assist customers with garment customization options, prepare final names lists for production.
Send sample garments to customers and follow up on their return.
Organize and track orders in-house.
Arrange shipping of orders with customers using UPS online.
Maintain production schedule.
Filing of completed jobs.
Qualifications for the Job:
Two years of administrative and customer service experience.
Schedule: M-F, Some Flexibility on 40-Hour Week
