We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative/Clerical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations and ensuring effective communication with both English- and Spanish -speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate deliveries with customers and vendors
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Communicate effectively with clients and staff in both English and Spanish
Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital filing systems
Perform general office duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Assist with administrative tasks and take on new responsibilities as needed
Support other departments and team members with clerical tasks
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use
Ability to multi-task and adapt to new roles or responsibilities as business needs evolve
