We are a background check company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure smooth office operations and maintain accuracy in all administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties, including light accounting, data entry, managing emails, handling customer requests, and other clerical tasks. Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 years prior administrative or clerical experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and basic knowledge of office equipment.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Work Environment & Schedule:
This is a full-time, in-office position.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm.
