Needed: Our Administrative Assistant is out on leave and we are looking for someone to fill in until June 24th or later. This person should be comfortable answering phones, greeting customers, and using basic funstions of MS Word and Excell.

Requirements
Self-starter who requires minimal supervision
Comfortable answering phones, and transferring calls
Strong customer support skills
Experience with MS Outlook email, Word, and Excell
Experience with MS Teams preferred
Reliable transportation
Job Responsibilities
Answer phones with a clear, friendly voice, transferring calls to the appropriate party
Communicate internally via phone, MS Outlook email, and MS Teams
Communicate externally by phone and MS Outlook email
Greet customers and vendors as they arrive in the Showroom, direct as appropriate
Learn customer support basics for our products and assist customers who call or walk in
Update CRM, scan documents and attach to customer records
Continue building out Excell spreadsheet with data from multiple sources
Additional tasks as assigned
Hours 8:30am to 5:00pm
