Casa de Amma is currently seeking to hire a dedicated/motivated, compassionate & reliable Nutrition Coordinator. This is an hourly, fulltime position. We are a non-profit organization that promotes growth & independence for adults with special needs. Nutrition Coordinator will help in area of nutrition/food composition; it includes grocery shopping, developing grocery lists; meal planning/preparation; coaching/education regarding healthy food choices in community; healthy lifestyle options, refrigerator/stove issues, and among other things. Experience with special needs' population is helpful. Schedule is mostly evenings, Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday. We offer health/dental insurance, Paid time off, 401K. Extensive background clearance - FBI/DOJ - fingerprint; drug test, excellent dmv record, professional references a must.
