The primary responsibility of a Coach is to mentor adults with disabilities and provide necessary support to develop opportunities for employment and volunteer activities, pursue post-secondary education and increase their ability to lead integrated and inclusive lives.
Requirements:
Must be able to work closely and mentor adults with developmental disabilities.
Must be able to pass post offer health physical, drug test, TB test, and criminal record clearance.
Must have excellent communications skills.
