Becker's Fabrication is looking for a new member for our team. We need assistance in our screen shooting and material cutting areas.
Experience is preferred, but we will train the right employee. Pay is negotiable based on experience. We offer 100% paid healthcare (after 90 days), 401K, and paid time off.
Responsibilities
1. Measure stock and cut it appropriately for the specific work order.
2. Maintain an organized and clean work area in order to efficiently produce printed materials.
4. Return and file all artwork to its designated area on a daily basis.
5. Take inventory of materials for the week and month as needed.
6. Continually learning new processes to increase efficiency as well as maintaining proficiency in operation of all current equipment.
7. Coat, shoot, block-out, and reclaim screens as needed to complete work order.
8. Assist in various departments as needed in order to meet daily business needs.
9. Perform all related duties as assigned by the Printing Manager.
Working Environment/Equipment Used
1. Work is done in the warehouse area, dress appropriate for climate
2. Daily functions require use of several pieces of equipment including but not limited to: Screen Coater, Screen shooter, Automatic Screen Printing Presses, most machinery within the Warehouse/Production area, inks and cleaning chemicals.
3. Job involves climbing on ladders to reach higher shelf levels.
4. Job involves moderate lifting.
