Job Duty
Daily production of custom foot orthotics. Follow written work instructions, use various grinding machines, buffing wheels, and finishing machines to shape various plastics, foams, and fabrics. Prepare surfaces, apply multiple layers of top covering materials and or accommodations. Inspect finished products for quality and company standards, make any necessary adjustments or repairs. - Maintain work area, finishing materials and equipment. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Proficient in using hand tools, standard warehouse machinery. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards. Ability to follow written instructions and work independently.
Job Requirements
Ability to work in fast-paced work environment, stand for 10 hours a day, use scissors, lift 20lbs, ability to withstand noise, dust, and glue odor. Must wear protective gear, wear ear plugs and an apron. Comprehend written and verbal instruction in English and be enthusiastic and high energy with a desire to learn. Previous experience a plus but will train the right candidate.
Hours: Job is Full Time 5AM -3:30PM Monday - Thursday
