Job Title: Machine Operator (7 positions available)
Location: Tustin, CA
Shift: 1st Shift AND 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday,
5:30am - 2:00pm (Training on first day begins at 8:00am)
1:00pm - 10:00pm
Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour for 1st Shift
$19.25 per hour for 2nd Shift ($18.00 + $1.25 Shift Differential)
We’re seeking several Machine Operators for our manufacturing operations in several . The ideal candidates will have prior experience with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Food, Beverage, Cosmetic, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow formulation instructions as defined by batch records and R&D direction
Operate machinery and/or equipment safely while adhering to company policies and GMP standards
Accurately complete cleaning logs, job logs, and batch record documentation
Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant work environment
Support efficient workflow to minimize downtime and meet production schedules
Qualifications:
Previous pharmaceutical or manufacturing compounding experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and teamwork
