Job Title: Heavy Lifters / General Laborers – Machine Operators
Location: Hungtington Beach, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shifts Available:
5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on interview and experience)
Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Heavy Lifters / General Laborers to join our operations team. This role involves working with industrial machinery, including Blanchard and Double Disc grinders, CNC Duplex mills, and plate saws.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain assigned machinery safely and efficiently.
Plan and follow the proper sequence of machine settings.
Read and interpret drawings, instructions, and samples to ensure accurate production.
Take precise measurements to maintain product quality.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications
Must be able to read and understand English (safety instructions, measurements, and operation guides).
E-Verify required.
Must be able to pass an interview process.
Ability to lift heavy materials as part of daily work.
Previous manufacturing or machinery operation experience preferred, but not required for general labor roles.
