Company has cutting-edge products for neuroendovascular therapies and is looking for skilled, detailed oriented quality inspectors to join their team. Shift: 1st -6am-2:30pm
Pay Range: $20-22/hr DOE
Job Duties:
- Perform receiving inspections of purchased and in-house raw materials to ensure conformance to specification and procedural requirements
- Determine acceptability and/or identifies defective raw materials and finished good products and recommends improvement, following established procedures
- Provide feedback to Quality Assurance, Operations, and R&D on quality issues
- Initiate non-conformance reports
- Receive and reconcile counts of returned goods
- Perform re-work, re-labeling, and re-inspection of product returned from consignment and trunk-stock
- Perform pre-sterilization and post-sterilization inspection of product
- Release product to Finished Goods
- Assist Quality Control Lead in reviewing and closing Quality Records
- Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in receiving inspection
- Good knowledge of inspection techniques; understanding and reading technical documentation including mechanical drawings
- Ability to use advanced measurement equipment/tools: Video system, Tension test, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of GMP (QSR) and/or ISO regulations
