Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Assembly Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some production experience working with their hands, using small tools, and following work instructions accurately. You must be able to work efficiently, stay focused on the job at hand, and collaborate well with others.
Key Responsibilities:
> Assemble products using hand tools and small equipment
> Perform basic measurements, cutting, tying lines, labeling, and other assembly tasks
> Follow written and verbal work instructions carefully
> Report progress and issues to the Team Lead
> Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
> Work professionally with a positive, team-oriented attitude
> Lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed
> Meet production goals efficiently and with attention to quality
Qualifications:
> Ability to work safely and follow safety procedures
> Experience using small tools and performing manual tasks
> Basic measurement skills and ability to follow instructions
> Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
> Team player with a positive attitude
> Reliable and punctual

Hours:
