Job Summary:
The Fiberglass Technician is responsible for fabricating, repairing, and finishing fiberglass components. This includes working with various resins, gelcoats, and reinforcement materials to create durable products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fiberglass techniques and a keen eye for detail. (WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL).
Responsibilities:
Fabricate fiberglass parts using molds and various lay-up techniques (e.g., hand lay-up).
Mix and apply resins, gelcoats, and catalysts according to specifications.
Cut, shape, and bond fiberglass materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Fiberglass Technician (WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Physical ability to perform the demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with hand-lamination is a plus (WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL).

This position is full-time onsite. No remote work.
Paid Vacation – 5 days earned after the first year being employed by us
