We’re looking for an experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster to set up, maintain, and operate W&D 627 or 628 envelope converting machines. This is a hands-on role in a high-volume print production facility, ideal for someone who knows how to keep machines running at peak performance with minimal downtime.
Early Shift: 5am-1:30 (with OT opportunities)
What You’ll Do:
Set up and fine-tune W&D machines for size changes and production runs.
Perform precise mechanical adjustments on folding, gumming, and printing units.
Troubleshoot alignment, glue application, and feeding issues.
Perform preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
Monitor product quality and make corrections during runs.
Assist and train operators on start-ups and changeovers.
Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience operating W&D 627 or 628 Web machines (required).
Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to tolerances and registration.
Ability to read and follow detailed job tickets and specifications.
Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
Team player with good communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
