CNC Machine shop seeking a CNC Mill and/or Lathe Setup Machinist. Individual will be responsible for:
-CNC Mill setup on Mori Seiki, Doosan or Okuma machines (3 & 4 axis) OR CNC Lathe setup on Okuma machines (with live tooling)
-Able to setup 2-3 machines a day
-Setup and run through first article
-Work with Programmer and Quality Control to ensure part quality
-Troubleshoot and support operators as needed
-Operate machines as needed
-Adhere to ISO9001/AS9100 standards and practices.
Must have:
- 4-5 years machining experience, 3 years experience setup
Full-time position, Monday thru Friday, 6:30a-3:00p
