Boost Manufacturing is looking for a CNC machine operator. This role will be responsible for production of precision parts on Brother and Mori CNC machines at our HQ in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.
Responsibilities
This full-time day shift position is responsible for:
Loading materials into the machine and securing them properly.
Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Use precision measuring instruments to perform accurate measurements (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Identify and address any deviations from required dimensions and tolerances.
Physical Requirements
Standing: Extended periods of standing while working with machines.
Lifting: Occasional lifting and carrying of materials and tools of 50 pounds.
Dexterity: Precise handling of tools and machine controls.
Vision: Good visual acuity for reading job travelers and digital displays.
Hearing: Ability to detect machine sounds indicating issues.
Repetitive Tasks: Regular repetition of machine-related tasks.
Safety Gear: Use of protective equipment like glasses and gloves.
Bending: Occasional bending and stooping.
Communication: Effective verbal and written communication.
