Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a CNC Machinist where you will initially work during the day shift and transition to the mid/2nd shift. You will be responsible for operating CNC Lathe machines, requiring setup experience to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
Responsibilities:
Setup and operate multiple CNC machines safely and productively, following established procedures and guidelines.
Assist colleagues during machine setups to maintain workflow and efficiency.
Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Remove, replace, or sharpen tools or blades, and make necessary adjustments.
Use measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges to maintain and document quality requirements.
Select and load appropriate materials/parts into machines as prescribed by routing packages.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of machine operation and machining practices.
Perform running maintenance and operate material handling equipment.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
Perform all duties assigned by the supervisor.
Apply basic math skills, including subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, and percent calculations.
Essential Skills:
CNC Machining setup experience.
Blueprint reading.
Inspection of parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Trade school experience in machining is preferred.

Work Environment:
You will work Monday to Friday, starting on the day shift from 7am to 3:30pm and then transitioning to the mid/2nd shift from 12pm to 8:30pm. The team consists of three different teams across different regions, with 24-30 people per team. Our work environment emphasizes teamwork and collaboration, providing state-of-the-art resources to ensure quality and dependability in all products.
