Performs inspections for manufactured products. Evaluates each case thoroughly, ensure compliance with procedures.

Construction Laborer
Performs construction tasks including, but not limited to:
Drywall: Up to level 5 finish.
Framing: Frames from a set of plans, and identifies quantity take off on a project.
Flooring: Repairs and handles entire flooring projects, including floor preparation, installation and finish work.
Doors/Windows: Installs framed doors and windows. Identifies and fixes door/window issues.
Painting: Paint with attention to detail with little to no rework.
T-bar: Install T-bar ceilings, and has knowledge of ceiling grid terminology and codes.

Maintenance Technician

Dental Technician Trainee (AM/PM)
Learns basic tooth morphology and anatomy. Fabricate and repair dental prosthesis and dental appliances such as dentures, partials, crowns, and bridges, inlay/onlay, veneers, and implant restorations. Must be able to read and understand a dentist's Rx written in English.
Pay: $17.00/hour
Scheduler
Loads and organizes case distribution carts according to established guidelines. Timely delivers cases to next production process upon completion of previous process. Timely distributes cases to and from designated distribution centers and Dental Technicians. Utilizes technician profile cards to effectively distribute cases based on technician skill level. Monitors case flow for rush cases; distributes rush cases with urgency to prevent production delays and ensure efficient workflow. Scans cases to update location tracking when cases are moved to different campus locations. Scans completed tasks into DL Plus and DL Touch to credit Dental Technicians for work performed, fix reds and scan. Electronically assigns cases to Dental Technicians through DL Touch. Updates and utilizes GO Location Scan to keep track of cases location and status on production floor.

Overnight Security Guard
Patrols buildings on a routine schedule to prevent and detect signs of intrusion. Ensures all entry points into buildings are secured and locked. Responds to alarms and investigates disturbances. Monitors and authorizes entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
Pay Range: $17.50/hour - $18.50/hour
Warehouse Clerk
Receives, stores, and distributes all incoming and outgoing material, tools, equipment and products from manufacturing.
Pay Range: $17.00/hour
Construction Superintendent
Supervises construction team and field personnel; administers good construction safety practices while on-site. Understands and ensures adherence to Company’s projects, plans, and specifications. Adheres to pre-established construction schedule; identifies and resolves conflicts as they arise to help ensure deadlines are met. Coordinates and supervises all construction activities. Maintains daily job site log; turns daily job site log in to the Office Manager at end of each week. Collaborates and maintains positive relationships with project owners, designers, management, and other employees.

Cabinet Maker
Performs basic millwork tasks, including but not limited to:
Machinery: operates basic hand tools, electrical tools, and other machinery under the supervision of management.
Building: constructs simple boxes, including but not limited to drawer boxes, toe-kicks, and fabric panels.
Cabinetry: constructs simple cabinetry, including but not limited to melamine base cabinets and commercial upper cabinets.
Finishing: completes millwork by adding handles, drawer glides, locks, etc.

Tool & Die Maker
Performs routine maintenance and troubleshoots machines. Suggests preventative maintenance or tool altercations to improve operation efficiency, tool longevity, and production quality. Examines previously ran dies for wear and replacement of forms that may need to be sharpened or replaced before the next production run. Troubleshoots and resolves any quality deviations for complex issues. Completes and maintains paperwork for parts. Reads blueprints, sketches, models, or specifications to plan sequences of operations for fabricating tools, dies, or assemblies. Sets up and operates conventional or computer numerically controlled machine tools such as lathes, EDM wire, EDM sinker, milling machines, or grinders to cut, bore, grind, or otherwise shape parts to prescribed dimensions and finishes. Visualizes and computes dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances of assemblies, based on specifications.

Implant Parts Clerk
Fills internal case request and restocks inventory. Enters orders into the inventory control system via a portable scanner or PC. Opens deliveries and confirm accuracy of shipments. Maintain accurate and organized inventory Responsible for pulling final requested products. Organize requested items in storage product pouch.
Pay: $17.00/hour - $19.00/hour
Team Lead HVAC Technician
Leads HVAC maintenance staff with daily operations to ensure facilities HVAC systems needs are met. Delivers job expectations and assigns tasks. Helps train and develop employees in HVAC repairs and diagnosis. Provides oversight and direction to technician, contract vendors, property inspection support. Monitors all building systems and equipment. Provides project management support for construction and facility tenant improvements. Leads in directing performance of the maintenance staff members as assigned. Maintains a safe work environment; work in a safe manner following all safety SOP’s and wear personal protective equipment as required. Act as the point of liaison to the HVAC maintenance technicians while working closely with the manager to ensure strategic planning and implementation of plans.
Pay: $26.00/hour - $37.00/hour
Electromechanical Technician
Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment and/or machinery, including issues related to electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic components. Performs preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections on equipment and/or machinery based on usage and manufacturers' specifications. Cleans, lubricates, and calibrates parts and components of equipment and/or machinery. Disassembles equipment and/or machinery components to replace or repair worn or damaged parts such as motors, pumps, ball screw linear rails, etc. Tests repaired equipment and/or machinery to ensure proper operation, accuracy, and precision. Performs adjustments as needed. Installs upgraded or replace components for equipment and/or machinery and runs test cycles to verify proper functioning.
Pay: $24.00/hour - $32.00/hour
Purchasing Clerk
Prepares purchase orders for stocked items and requests made by internal customers and satellite labs. Communicates with vendors and suppliers to place, receive, and reconcile any shipments as necessary. Performs inventory count verification when necessary to reconcile inventory balance file accuracy. Performs receiving transactions with inventory control software to close out invoice-receipt matching. Monitors material issues and closing in designated software. Determines if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs. Places inventory orders as needed.
Pay: $20.00/hour - $21.25/hour
Implementation Specialist
Travels (80%) frequently to various customer offices and facilities to support the installation and training of company products. Installs, calibrates and tests fastmill.io machine in accordance with pre-defined policies and procedures; requires use of precision measuring and testing instruments. Trains the doctor and their staff on the entire glidewell.io workflow, in accordance with SaaMD regulatory requirements.
Pay: $30.00/hour
CMM Operator
Sets up and operates CMM machines in accordance with part blue prints and specifications. Follows directions on how to operate machines correctly. Inspects required quantity of parts required per work order. Works on different types of equipment to carry out a particular phase of the production cycle. Takes care of routine machine maintenance and keeps the work area in neat condition.
Pay: $25.00/hour - $30.00/hour
Nightguard Assembly Technician
Responsible for using tools to aid in the production and assembly of nightguard retainers.

Interior Designer II
Drafts intermediate interior design plans and construction documents using Revit (floor plans, schedules, lighting plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations and sections, etc.) and assembles into a cohesive package. Prepares schematic and conceptual design packages. Presents to clients for feedback and approval as directed. Utilizes skills from the following areas to complete intermediate interior design projects/tasks:
Building Codes: proficient understanding of the California Building Code (CBC) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. Applies the CBC and ADA requirements in drawings/plans.
Software: effectively utilizes Revit, Enscape, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop to provide intermediate drawings, renderings, and presentations.
Constructability: proficient understanding of building components and how structures/furnishings are constructed.
Materials: proficient understanding of materials and how they work with one another.
Space Planning: plans spaces for flow, optimal utilization, and overall synergy.
Requests for Information: independently answers questions on construction drawings.
Creates intermediate hand sketches as needed. Using BOMA standards, accurately calculates building square footages. Modifies or refines designs to conform to project owner’s specifications, production limitations, functionality, cost effectiveness or changes in design trends.

Trade Show Coordinator
Assists with coordination of event logistics, including but not limited to materials, freight, and hotel. Coordinates hotel room blocks and individual reservations for event attendees, including courses and trainings. Coordinates with appropriate teams for delivery of event materials in a timely manner, including literature, display models, A/V, and equipment. Inspects and maintains display materials, including equipment, literature and displays.
Pay: $24.00/hour - $27.00/hour
Inventory Clerk
Understands and performs all purchasing inventory clerk related duties and responsibilities. Monitors and communicates stock level requirements to management. Coordinates and ensures supply room coverage with other supply room managers. Manages stock control involving but not limited to documenting, rotating, storing, retrieving, and delivering goods. Ensures workplace health and safety requirements are met. Ensures proper storage and handling of inventory. Ensures cleanliness and proper organization of the stock rooms. Files product requisitions and order forms and distribute to corresponding personnel every morning. Creates efficient space utilization plans for incoming new products.

CNC Setup Machinist
Sets up machines in accordance with job prints and specifications to very close tolerances. Produces basic precision items beyond the capabilities of production machine operators. Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders. Measures, examines, and tests completed units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications; utilizes precision instruments including but not limited to micrometers, calipers, bore gauge, depth micrometer, and other inspection equipment as needed. Sets up, adjusts, and operate all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operations. Aligns and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines.

Production Assistant
Provides DL-Admin support such as but not limited to ship date verification and scheduling, case scanning, task crediting, work orders/product codes updating, and department coordination. Evaluates cases to ensure all Company quality standards are met. Assists management and production in all company initiatives implemented. Loads and organizes case distribution carts according to established guidelines. Monitors case flow for rush cases; distributes rush cases promptly to prevent production delays and ensure efficient workflow. Routes cases to correct department based on production criteria.
Pay: $17.00/hour - $19.00/hour
Customer Service Representative
Participates and completes Glidewell’s customer service training program to be equipped with the proper tools, phone etiquette techniques, and product knowledge to successfully fulfill a customer service role at the Company.

Manufacturing Operator
Manufactures work orders in one (1) of the following areas: BruxZir Colloidal, BruxZir NOW, BruxZir Press, BruxZir Shade Guide, Composites, Injection Molding, and Obsidian. Obtains materials from storage locations as per work order requirements. Measures, pre-batches, and delivers all components to blending area; verifies quantity and ingredient lot numbers going into the batch and documents on Bill of Material sheets. Weighs powders and liquids using a scale to prepare batches. Adheres to formula instructions to make scheduled batches. Issues components to the work order. Reports production of work-in-progress (WIP) and/or finished goods using handheld mobile devices. Operates a variety of manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to: table top presses, hydraulic presses, CNC machines, CMM and vision measurement systems, mills, injection molding machines, furnaces, ovens, mixers, and surface grinders. Utilizes hand tools such as ultrasonic scanners, glue dispensers, micrometers.

Shipper/Distributor
Prepares and organizes incoming mail according to destination. Scans inbound package labels for entry into assigned tracking system. Opens inbound mail and sorts cases that correspond to other facilities. Loads and unloads inbound and outbound mail. Relies on basic technical knowledge to make decisions and accomplish departmental goals. Maintains adherence to 5S methodology within Shipping Areas. Reviews invoices for accuracy. Constructs boxes used in shipping outbound packages and final products. Prepares and packs shipping documents and outbound cases for shipment. Identifies and bundles multiple shipments intended for a single recipient.
Pay: $17.00/hour
Project Coordinator
Assists with creation of weekly production schedules. Organizes and tracks projects’ status and tasks for Engineering and Operations. Serves as project and task coordinator to ensure projects and programs adhere to deadlines. Coordinates with buyer to contact vendors regarding status. Checks on status of manufacturing work orders. Ensures deliveries are received in a timely manner. Expedites products through manufacturing when needed to meet production schedules. Tracks work in process (WIP) and reports on status of WIP as needed.
Pay: $20.00/hour - $28.00/hour
Machine Operator Trainee
Learns to setup mills and lathes to produce parts. Learns to measure position to verify machine settings. Produces required quantity of parts required per work order and within required tolerances. Learns different types of equipment to carry out a particular phase of the production cycle. Utilizes appropriate machines depending on work order. Learns to maintain and perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment. Adheres to manufacturer’s operating instructions. Troubleshoots malfunction and reports necessary repairs to management.
Pay: $18.00/hour - $20.00/hour
Fulfillment Clerk
Enters alphabetic and numeric notes into GCM, GO, FedEx, and DL Plus systems following standard documentation requirements. Relies on extensive knowledge and experience to verify accuracy of data to be entered. Retrieves E-Cart orders and verifies accuracy of the orders received. Prints labels and work orders; verifies account information on each shipping label. Follows pre-established shipping guidelines. Assembles marketing/product kits to ensure department readiness for customer orders. Performs detailed research on questionable orders; communicates any discrepancies to internal customers and Supervisor/Manager. Uses the GCM system to identify customer’s account information by minimal search keywords including customer’s phone number. Prints shipping labels and attaches them to the corresponding supply orders. Ensures accurate information is captured in GCM system; e.g. doctor’s ID, patient’s name where applicable, type of order or request, etc.
