We are a Plastic Injection molding company in the city of Brea. We are currently looking for an experienced Molding Process Technician who is looking for an opportunity to grow with our company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for setting up for test including setting mold, auxiliary equipment, sprue pickers, servo robots, EOA tooling, loaders, feeders, materials, and achieving desired quality and optimal cycle time for each mold
Testing molds in accordance
Each mold approval must have complete process book completed to document all the process parameters and set up requirements
Verify critical dimensions and cosmetic requirements (i.e. using customer drawings and approved samples)
Start and troubleshoot all production molding machines in accordance with production schedule
Perform line clearance at the end of the production
Perform molding machine preventive maintenance and documentation
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Must possess injection mold processing experience (2+ years of experience)
Has worked in the Plastic industry
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Computer skills: Microsoft Word & Excel, Data Entry
Able to stand long hours
Punctual
Keep a clean work area
Team player
Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Attention to detail
Payrate: $25.00-$30.00/HR
Schedule: 1st Shift: 7am- 4pm or 3rd shift 12am- 8:30am
