We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant.
Manage posts and short videos on our own Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, and any marketing outlets
Outreach good quality content creators to promote our website and/or products
This position requires a combination of digital knowledge & organizational skills. If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
Utilize social media and internet platforms to promote our brand.
Execute data entry tasks while maintaining meticulous records.
Proactively follow up on action items to drive outstanding results.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Social Media operations.
Strong organizational abilities, adept at task prioritization.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficiency across various Social Platforms.
Previous experience in Social Media management.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Detail-oriented with exemplary problem-solving skills.

This is NOT a remote job. The candidate requires work in office 3 days / per week
