The perfect candidate for our Case Manager Supervisor position is driven and motivated by challenging themselves to not only meet but exceed personal goals and is fulfilled by applying learned skills to help others.
We are looking for a reliable professional who works with honesty and integrity and ready to lead others.
Position Summary:
Monitoring the performance a team of Case Managers
Communicating with Tax Professionals
Working with clients on any escalations or issues related to their cases
Examining client accounts for necessary documents to gather for Tax Professional review
Making sure Tax Pros are closing out cases
Work alongside Tax Professionals and other departments to ensure a smooth process for all parties
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of experience in Case Management (preferred)
Time management and organization
Coachable mindset and student mentality
Previous call center experience or ability to handle high call volume
Relationship building/maintaining with great follow up
Detail-oriented and excellent at multi-tasking
