We are seeking a Medical Scheduler who will play a vital role in scheduling our clients’ initial doctors’ appointments within the Insurers approved Medical Provider Network (MPN).
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with medical offices, clients, adjusters and case managers.
Maintain accurate records of all scheduled appointments and follow-ups in case management systems.
Verify insurance authorizations and ensure compliance with Workers’ Compensation procedures.
Qualifications:
Prior Experience in medical scheduling or Workers’ Compensation (preferred).
Strong understanding of CA Workers' Compensation process.
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
