our Law firm has served Orange County and across the State of California for many years. We are currently seeking to add a Paralegal/legal Assistant to our firm. We are a rapidly growing law firm and looking for the right candidate to join our team.
About the Position
Candidate MUST be bilingual in English/Spanish. Have 2 years of personal injury law firm experience. The position requires you to have some experience and knowledge of personal injury process. A professional and friendly atmosphere to work and gain experience and opportunity to grow. Compensation will be discussed at the first in-person interview. Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish
Able to work (Monday – Friday)
Minimum of 2 years of personal injury Legal Assistant/ Case Management
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients on a regular basis to provide timely status updates.
Able to multitask, stay organized and provide exceptional customer service.
Handle all types of litigation and pre-litigation cases including auto, dog bites, slip and fall, premise, pedestrian, and government claims.
Opening claims, sending representation letters, setting clients up with medical providers, managing appointments, running policy limits, requesting police reports, sending D.M.V. documents, requesting medical records, and confirming medical balances.
Understands the importance of responding quickly to the needs of the clients.
Handle litigation Matters. Discovery, pleadings.
