A Legal Intake Specialist is responsible for managing the legal intake process of The Firm evaluating / Conducting Perform initial telephonic conference of potential client while preforming basic research to determine whether prospective clients' legal needs are in line with the areas of practice and experience of the firm this includes returning calls also emailing out as to follow up.
The Legal Intake specialist must have knowledge of the Civil procedure process as it relates to Civil and Family Law matters and possess strong organizational skills. Having experience in customer service or a legal background is beneficial. Input data from telephonic / email interaction into tracking system schedule conferences with potential clients and available attorneys based on the potential client’s needs. Assist on cases as needed by faxing, mailing, drafting any correspondence needed · Track marketing campaign performance and monitor firm visibility · Interact with Director of Client Management during client intake and consultation, we are looking for highly motivated individuals with possess the ability to manage their time and tasks effectively. They will also be able to keep an upbeat attitude under high stress situations and while speaking with clients.
prefer to interview candidates who have ability to speak Spanish (big plus for this position) have associate or bachelor’s degrees in legal studies, communications or a related field if you have worked in a law firm or had two or more years of customer service or sales experience this position may interest you.
