Experienced Family Law Attorney
All Star Trial Attorneys – DBA Core Family Law
Santa Ana, CA | Full-time | Hybrid (1 remote day/week)
Salary: $155,000 – $225,000+ (base + quarterly bonus)

What You’ll Do
- Litigate and lead evidentiary hearings and trials — including DVRO, custody, and financial disputes
- Manage your own caseload from start to finish, with full support from our team
- Draft pleadings, propound discovery, and handle trial prep and courtroom presentation
- Participate in settlement conferences and negotiations
- Occasionally take on out-of-county cases (with chauffeur support and luxury mobile office)
Who You Are
- Licensed in California and in good standing
- 1 Year family law experience including court room preferred — but not required. If you can independently manage your caseload and command a courtroom, you qualify
- Comfortable with evidentiary hearings, witness prep, and trial advocacy
- Independent but collaborative — you thrive in a team environment
- Strong communicator — with clients, judges, and colleagues
Compensation
Salary Range: $155,000 – $225,000+ (with bonuses)
(Base salary: $155,000 to $200,000, depending on experience and performance level)
Quarterly Performance Bonus Structure
Our attorneys are eligible for rolling quarterly bonuses based on collected billable hours. We do not calculate bonuses off hours billed — only money in the door matters. This ensures you're rewarded for real results, not just time entries.
Bonus Potential: Up to 12.5% of your base salary annually, paid quarterly if collection thresholds are met.
Bonus Tiers Based on Collected Hours (Approximate)
- 100 billable hours collected/month → 5% annual bonus
- 115 billable hours collected/month → 7.5% annual bonus
- 130+ billable hours collected/month → 10% annual bonus
- 145+ billable hours collected/month → 12.5% annual bonus (maximum)
All bonuses are calculated as a percentage of your base salary and paid quarterly.
Bonus Examples:
- $150,000 base + 12.5% bonus = $18,750 bonus → $168,750 total
- $175,000 base + 12.5% bonus = $21,875 bonus → $196,875 total
- $200,000 base + 12.5% bonus = $25,000 bonus → $225,000 total
We don’t inflate our salary numbers by baking bonuses into the advertised base. Our competitors might quote higher salaries, but often include theoretical bonuses in the total. We prefer honesty and transparency — so what you see here is real.
