CONTRACT ATTORNEY POSITION AVAILABLE
Compensation: Contract basis
Independent Affiliate Attorney needed to assist a very busy sole practitioner office in all aspects
of estate planning.
Experience and knowledge of handling probates and conservatorships in various counties helpful.
Responsibilities and duties will include direct client contact, (including in house meetings and through secure communication portal), client file management, drafting and delivering estate planning documents.
EP program knowledge of FORE and Lexis Nexis.
Local attorney to meet clients in our Mission Viejo and Carlsbad office.
Some remote work available.
Occasional court appearances on conservatorship matters.
Exceptional communication skills are necessary.
Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
