We are an old school firm looking for the next generation of attorney. Self starter and motivated leader. $95k - $125K + performance bonus. Pay discussion based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court or before government agencies
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
Advise clients on business and legal procedures
Negotiate settlements for legal challenges
Comply with all legal standards and responsibilities
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Manage and maintain personal calendar
Previous experience with wills trusts and estate planning
Experience with filing and completion of various legal documents
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requires current State Bar License
