Experienced in Construction Defect, Insurance Defense, and General Civil Litigation.
Responsible for supporting the firm’s defense practice.
Assist with preparation of case communications, pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Serve subpoenas and file documents with courts and agencies.
Schedule depositions, experts, and case-related meetings.
Maintain electronic case files and manage case documents
Maintain case calendars
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience with insurance defense case billing and process.
Knowledge of California Court rules and process.
Experience with litigation service providers.
Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
High competency with current litigation and office technology and systems.
ABA Paralegal Certification required.
