We work with homeowners, contractors, and property managers on multi-family residences - as well as planned communities, remodels, and small commercial businesses.
We are looking for individuals with proven experience in setting windows and flashing.
ALL jobs are located throughout San Diego County & Southern California
WORK CONTEXT:
All new construction windows.
Receive onsite window shipments and storage.
Check window openings for proper size and leveling.
Slight line windows.
Install primary flashing.
Install windows level and square.
Keep the job-site clean and organized.
Strictly adhere to established safety rules and regulations.
Walk on scaffolding or ladders for assembling structures above ground level.
Maintain records, document actions, and present written progress reports.
This is a position that requires a lot of physical activity in a fast-paced manner with strong attention to detail.
Experience, Qualifications and Requirements:
Knowledge and experience with flashing and setting windows.
Must hold a valid California driver's license and have own transportation.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings in English.
Ability to effectively communicate vocally and in writing in English.
Ability to work safely at job sites.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Lift and/or carry up to 50lbs frequently.

Pay is dependent on experience : $24-$28 per hour.
