EmpireWorks Reconstruction is a construction company that focuses on exterior renovation throughout Los Angeles County and Orange County and its surrounding cities. We work on apartments complexes, condominiums, HOA communities and commercial buildings.
We are seeking a skilled Waterproofing and Carpentry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in waterproofing solutions, carpentry techniques, and cementitious deck or walkway systems.

Jobs are located throughout the OC/LA Area
40 hours a week Pay every Friday (Direct Deposit)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality waterproofing installations to protect buildings and structures from moisture, leaks, and water damage.
- Execute carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, and custom woodworking.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in waterproofing and carpentry with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, such as sealants, membranes, and coatings.
-WestCoat and Pli-Deck product experience a plus
- Skilled in carpentry techniques, including framing, trim work, and custom woodworking.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
