JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.)Able to built drying chamber containments.
2.)Take photos, document dry-logs and sketch
3.)How to setup drying equipment.
4.)Float countertops and remove cabinets and cabinet faces.
5.)Lift furniture and boxes > 75lbs
6.)Perform content manipulations.
7.)Send and receive text messages
8.)Perform CAT 1-3 crawlspace mitigations
9.) Have a great, professional attitude and arrive to work on time in uniform and with a presentable appearance (this is probably the most important of the list.)
Preferences for anyone with experience in the following areas.
1.) Lead water tech
2.) MICA
3.)IICRC certs
4.) Overall experience of more then 3 yrs in the industry and or lead experience.

8.) Realizar mitigaciones de espacio de acceso CAT 1-3
9.) Tener una excelente actitud profesional y llegar a tiempo al trabajo en uniforme y con una apariencia presentable (este es probablemente el más importante de la lista).
Preferencias para cualquier persona con experiencia en las siguientes áreas.
1.) Tecnología de agua de plomo
2.) MICA
3.)Certificados IICRC
4.) Experiencia general de más de 3 años en la industria o experiencia de liderazgo.
