Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable, practice, and detailed-focused individual in the city of Anaheim. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Duties:

-Date Entry: Accurately input inventory date, including receiving, shipping, and order details into the warehouse management system (WMS) or database.

-Inventory Managment: Track and update inventory levels, noting discrepancies and ensuring accurate records of stock quantities.

-Order Processing: Enter and process customer orders, ensuring correct product selection, quantities, and shipping details.

-Communications: Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications

- Experience in Data Entry: Previous experience in data entry, particularly within a warehouse or inventory management setting, is often preferred

-Proficiency in Computer Systems: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and other data entry tools. Proficiently (Preferably in Business Center Microsoft) Microsoft Office and Excel.

-Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and ensure accuracy in data entry and inventory management tasks.

-Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and maintain organized records.

-Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic to manage inventory levels and process orders accurately.

-Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, other departments, and customers.

-Familiarity with warehouse operations: Basic understanding of warehouse processes, such as receiving, shipping, and inventory control is often beneficial.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

Payrate $18.50/hr

Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8 AM-5 PM.

We take applications Mon-Thurs from 8:30 am- 11:00 am and from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm.

The office is closed from 12-1 pm for Lunch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
