We are looking to hired a Shipping/Receiving Clerk in the city of La Mirada. Seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and detailed orientated individual. The following are duties and responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
-Filing, packing, and shipping orders via FedEx and freight carriers
-Operating a forklift and pallet jack
-loading and unloading trucks
-Delivering product to customers
-Respond to questions on inventory options, and/or status of shipments
Skills:
- Proficiency in data entry tasks including transcribing and typing
- Familiarity with office clerical duties and computerized systems
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work efficiently with databases and file management systems
- Experience with order entry processes is a plus
Qualifications:
-Bilingual
-Strong communication and people skills
-must have a working proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
-A minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving operations
-Be very punctual, clean meticulous and organized
-Be able to follow directions and execute tasks quickly and efficiently
$18 or DOE
