We are looking for a mature, motivated, and dependable individual with an eye for detail to join our team. We are a family-owned, high-end auto body collision repair shop, located in Costa Mesa. While we understand that credentials are important, the number one thing we look for in potential candidates is work ethic and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Color Sanding, buffing, detailing (exterior paint finishes), washing vehicle, vacuuming interiors
Work under/with one of our certified technicians
Ensure area is kept clean and all products are stored as directed
Assist with general maintenance of paint booths and/or polishing area
Utilize all required safety equipment and follow proper procedures in compliance with OSHA and shops safety guidelines. Wear and use required safety equipment
Other duties as assigned by management team
Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, squat
Extended periods of bending, kneeling, squatting, and stooping
Carry and or list heavy materials/objects (part) of up to 50lbs
Standing, walking, or sitting for periods of time
Performing repetitive motions
Qualifications
Valid in-state driver’s license or CA State ID card
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior automotive color sand and polish experience
